Dr. G. Manoja, (M.A., Ph.D.), Professor, Department of English, Palamuru University. She heads the Department of English, P.G College, Palamuru University. She has been specialized in Indian writing in English, Women Studies, Critical Theory, Translations and Cultural Studies. She had been awarded a Study Grant from OUCIP (Former ASRC) and also Orientation Course from Osmania University. She has the credit of translating Anna BhauSathe from English to Telugu, Published by Kendriya Sahitya Akademi, New Delhi, 2008, besides editing "Suravaram Pratapa Reddy Gari Sannidhiki" an issue, Published by A.P. Government Oriental Manuscripts Library and Research
Institute, Hyderabad, Publication no-62, 2008. She has been working on a project on Gondi Script and Language by renovating it and initiating the Font for it. Her 21 Years of experience has been rewarded with "State Best Teacher Award in 2011" and under her research guidance three Ph.D. candidates have been awarded and six scholars are pursuing their research. She has contributed her services as Principal of the P.G College, P .U, in charge Registrar of Palamuru University. Dr. Manoja has been serving as a member in "Research Allocation Committee" SRTMU, Nanded and as Examiner for M.Phil, SRTMU, Nanded besides acting as an Examiner for the adjudication of KU, AU, SRTMU and OU.
She has organized various seminars as organizer and convener.
