About the Laboratories
In the department there are three laboratories 1. Organic Chemistry Laboratory 2. Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory and 3. Physical Chemistry Laboratory. Organic chemistry is an interdisciplinary branch of chemistry integrated with other areas of chemistry such as those of inorganic, physical, analytical, environmental and nuclear chemistries. The laboratories are aimed to teach basic laboratory techniques to understand the theory in practical manner. Apart from performing various basic reactions these laboratories also helpful to learn skills to perform multi-scale reactions.
